...or should I say CITY Island CITO 5.0? Either way you say it, come out and improve our fair city!
The past events netted quite a haul, and Chris Egbert with Harrisburg City P&R was very appreciative of our efforts. I indicated to him that there was still more to do, plus I'm sure the Labor Day activities and resurgence of the riverboat will add even more, so let's go for another round of island CITO. Since last time was so BRUTALLY hot that we couldn't venture TOO far, hopefully we can go a bit further this month.
Park in the small lot at the posted coordinates, as all other parking on the island is permit or paid during the week. We'll check out this parking area, then branch both north and south past the bridges this time.
Please bring grabbers, gloves, and water, I will have trash bags.
