The West Wycombe Hill Circular cache trail consists of 5 geocaches placed around the beautiful West Wycombe Hill in the Chiltern Hills landscape. The trail has been made to include a geocache of every size type, giving cachers the chance to experience a variety of hides as they make their way around the hill.
The caches can be found in any order, but we recommend starting at the top of West Wycombe Hill from the car park and going clockwise, passing by the caves where refreshments are available. The entire walk is about 1 mile long, but beware! - not all caches are easily accessible from the footpath. Some require clambering over more challenging terrain, may be off the beaten tracks, and have more unusual D/T ratings.
At 165m above sea level, West Wycombe Hill overlooks the town of High Wycombe as well as the Chiltern countryside.
Not all caches in this series contain a spare pencil, so bring your own!
Well done to Burton's are go! for a clean sweep of FTFs on all 5 caches.
All caches have been placed with the kind permission from the National Trust.
