Welcome to the 175th Surrey Monthly Mid-Week Event, held on the fourth Thursday of the month and this time we shall be at a new location. Cachespratt will be your host.
There is free parking A24 at the waypoint provided. If all spaces are taken, please note the pub’s parking recommendations at http://www.thekingwilliamiv.com. The pub’s website also has information about public transport and their cycling racks!
The pub serves hot meals. Please log a “will attend” and indicate whether or not you would like hot food so I can give the landlord an idea on numbers.
If you have never been to an event before, you are more than welcome, and it will be lovely to meet you. You don't just have to be from Surrey, any county, any country - the more the merrier. It is a great way to meet fellow cachers and share caching stories over a glass or two. Maybe even pick up a hint (or three) for any of those elusive puzzles.
There will be the usual opportunity to swap and share travel bugs.
The Surrey events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex and Hampshire meets and are nominally held on the fourth Thursday of every month. They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Surrey.
If you would like to host an event in Surrey, please let Sjrwilliams know.
