Enjoy Geocaching from Guelph to Goderich on the G2G Rail Trail
In 2015, Ontario approved construction of a multi-use trail along the last undeveloped section of the old rail line running from Guelph to Goderich. While there is still work to be done, primarily replacing some missing bridges, the new trail is 127km long and encompasses the 45 kilometre Kissing Bridge trail at the east end and the 13 kilometre Goderich to Auburn Trail at the west end.
All caches are intended to be easy finds. The caches were placed in the spring and access was easy. Later in the summer some of the caches will be harder to get to. If you don't like heavy undergrowth, I suggest going in the spring, late fall, or winter.
