Monterey Park, a small neighborhood park, was purchased in 1936 for $3000 as part of the Public Works Administration (PWA) program related to park improvement in the city of Phoenix. Today this 11 acres has a ball field, basketball court, playground, picnic areas, a walking course, and restrooms. Bring lunch and enjoy the fresh air. This is a quick 2-step multi.
At Stage 1 (posted coordinates) you will encounter an APS box. On the east side, you will see two sets of numbers: The Serial number and the number above the bar code. Use the first four numbers of each set assigning the top row four numbers (serial #) ABCD and the bottom row four numbers (bar code #) EFGH.
