Come and meet members of the Yorkshire committee at the York Outlet for a chat and a brew.
We will be meeting at the large picnic area there between 10:30 and 12:00, with the opportunity to ask about how our plans for 2028 are coming together, or relax and chat with other cachers. Nearby, are shops where you could grab something to eat or drink if you so wish, or you could bring your own refreshments. The picnic area is within the south entrance car park, which is accessed by staying in the left lane from the main entrance roundabout.
After the event the committee will be heading over to the venue that they have been keeping secret for a site visit, but Nipper has rumbled their plans and intends to follow them and reveal the location to you all.

The site is within 50 miles of York and will involve driving on country roads for a couple of hours following clues in several AdLab sets that will be published on the day. It is not a race and there is no prize for getting to the end first. At the venue the committee will put on a spread and almost certainly try to sell you something purple to take home. Obviously we can't make the later meeting an event too as that would give the game away, but we will add it as a waypoint to this listing later in the day to allow them that can't or don't want to follow Nipper (or get lost!) to join us. It is not recommended to do the run solo as you will be driving and need to answer questions on the way.
