The cache IS placed at the posted coordinates. This is taking place of the old Explore Letter Box that once sat here. A new one to replace that will be placed at a later time in a new location.
This new Cache is part of the Celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the USA Contest put on by thekochers for the Most Found Cache, and for the Cache that gets the Most Favorite points.
