The Three Mariners, 2 Church Road, Oare ME13 0QA
The monthly meeting of the Kent County Cachers for October will be held at the Three Mariners.
Nestled by a winding creek in the picturesque village of Oare, The Three Mariners dates back to the 18th century and is a stylish and historic Kent pub. Enjoy award winning Shepherd Neame beer, served by crackling fires under oak beamed ceilings, or kick back with friends in the beautiful terraced gardens. Whether popping in from walking the creek and marshes, or coming from further afield, The Three Mariners is dog friendly, child friendly, and well… friendly.
If you've never been to a meet before it is an ideal chance to meet up with those names you read on cache logs, to talk about that puzzle cache you can't solve, to find out what those strange Wherigo things are all about. The ideal way to meet new friends. If you are anxious about coming along, drop the C.O. a line – we will make sure you aren’t on your own.
If the weather is fine then we will be on the terrace, if not then we have the function room booked just in case.
There is plenty of parking available in the large carpark at the pub and some parking available on the road opposite.
The pub has an extensive food menu and bar snacks are also available including doggy snacks. If you do require a main meal then it is probably best to book with the pub beforehand. For further information regarding the food menu please visit:
