The posted coordinates lead to a plaque on a rock named in memory of Pfc. Thomas Moretti. To get the cache coordinates, input the year that the plaque was dedicated. This year is found on the very bottom of the plaque in smaller lettering. Inputting the year correctly (just the year, not the month or day) will reveal the cache coordinates and hint.
