Dr. Jose Rizal Park offers a beautiful view of Downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound. Many of the best photos of our city were taken in this area, and it's easy to see why. That said, the park has become a trash dumping hotspot in recent years.
Let's meet up just after sunrise on September 19th (CITO Across The World day), and see if we can make the park a bit cleaner.
Trash bags will be provided, but you will need to bring your own trash grabbers and/or gloves.
Please note that this is a high-terrain CITO. I have rated this as a T4.0 because we will be focusing on cleaning up a steep hillside. However, if you cannot or don't want to scale the hillside, you are more than welcome to clean up other areas in the park, making this more of a T1.0 or T2.0.
As with all of my hides, neither I or geocaching.com are responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of this CITO, however unlikely they may be.
