Ferris Bueller's Day Off follows high school student Ferris Bueller, who fakes being sick so he can skip school and spend the day in Chicago with his girlfriend Sloane and best friend Cameron. Using Cameron's father's prized Ferrari, they visit famous attractions, eat at a fancy restaurant, attend a Cubs game and join a parade, while Ferris's determined school dean, Rooney, tries to catch him out. Meanwhile, Cameron struggles with the idea of taking his father's beloved Ferrari without permission. By the end of the day, Ferris races home to avoid being caught, proving that sometimes you just have to make the most of a day off!
Ferris Bueller's Cache Day Off
Two months before CacheFest officially kicks off, we thought we'd give you a little taste of what's coming!
Just like Ferris Bueller decided to take a day off from school and turn it into an adventure, we're inviting you to take a little cache day off and explore the area. CacheFest is all about The People. The Places. The Caches, and this cache gives you a chance to experience a little piece of all three before the main event arrives.
Ferris had Chicago for the day... you've got Kingaroy and the South Burnett!
So grab your GPS, take a break from the usual routine and go exploring. You never know what you might discover along the way.
And remember...
“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
CacheFest is coming... but there's no need to wait!
