When researching Canadian game shows I came across one that caught my eye, called Cache Craze.
Cache Craze was a Canadian reality competition television show featuring mental and physical challenges, such as hiking or swimming, and was inspired by geocaching! The show was hosted by Canadian actor, amateur and professional comedian Ryan Horwood.
The main objective of this fast-paced reality competition was to obtain the caches with the help of GPS technology. Every week, family teams led by a teenager explored mazes and completed a series of other mental and physical challenges while collecting points by finding and taking hidden geocaches.
The show first aired on YTV on March 9, 2013. Unfortunately, it only lasted 2 seasons (34 episodes).
