🎶 On the seventh day of Cachemas, my geo-friends gave to me… SEVEN SWANS A-SWIMMING! 🎶
Welcome to Day 7 of the 12 Days of Cachemas – Texoma 2026!
We've made it past caches under the tree, turtle doves, French hens, calling birds, golden rings, and a bunch of geese.
Now we've reached Seven Swans a-Swimming.
And if the swans are going swimming...
We better clean up their waterfront! 😂🦢🗑️
For Day 7, we're trading the food and meet & greet tables for gloves and trash bags and doing a Friday morning CITO along the waterfront.
We'll spend the event picking up litter around the shoreline, trails, parking areas, and other public areas around our gathering spot. Come for the entire event or just help out for whatever amount of time you can.
This is a great opportunity to give a little something back to an area that people—and apparently seven Cachemas swans—get to enjoy.
Bring work gloves, grabbers, buckets, or anything else you like using for a CITO. We'll have trash bags available as well.
As always, bring along any Travel Bugs or geocoins you'd like others to discover or move along.
New geocachers, longtime cachers, families, kids, and anyone who simply wants to help clean up are welcome.
And don't worry...
No actual swans are required to attend. 🦢😂
