⏰ 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Meet at the Posted Coordinates
🎶 On the ninth day of Cachemas, my geo-friends gave to me… NINE LADIES DANCING! 🎶
Welcome to Day 9 of the 12 Days of Cachemas – Texoma 2026!
We've made it through caches under the tree, turtle doves, French hens, calling birds, five golden rings, geese, swans, and even managed to turn Eight Maids a-Milking into an excuse to eat ice cream.
Now we're up to...
💃 NINE LADIES DANCING! 💃
For tonight's official event, we'll meet at the posted coordinates from 6:30 PM until 7:00 PM for a quick Cachemas Meet & Greet.
Come hang out, sign the log, swap some caching stories, talk about recent finds, hides, FTFs and DNFs, and visit with your fellow geocachers.
Bring along any Travel Bugs or geocoins you'd like others to discover or move along.
Grab yourself a drink or snack if you'd like, but no purchase is required to attend.
No games.
No contests.
No challenges.
Just thirty minutes of Cachemas with our caching friends.
🎄 BUT AT 7:00... CACHEMAS DOESN'T HAVE TO END!
Once the official event is over, anyone who wants to keep the evening going is welcome to follow us over to Loy Lake for the FREE drive-through Christmas light show.
And this isn't just any Christmas light display.
The show features the 12 Days of Christmas! 🎄✨
Yeah...
We're doing the 12 Days of Cachemas and then heading over to see the 12 Days of Christmas.
There was absolutely no way we were passing that up. 😂
We'll caravan over after the event and enjoy the lights together. And since this is Day 9, we'll have one particular display we're looking for...
💃 NINE LADIES DANCING! 💃
Going to the lights afterward is completely optional and is not required to log the event. The official geocaching event takes place only at the posted coordinates from 6:30–7:00 PM.
The trip to the lights is simply for those of us who aren't ready to call it a night yet.
If you're coming along, have those cameras ready. A picture with the Nine Ladies Dancing display sounds like a pretty good way to remember Day 9 of Cachemas.
And if Scooter starts dancing...
Somebody please get video. 🦝💃😂
