Geocache Description:


Der Karutzsee hat eine Fläche von fast 10 Hektar und eine Gesamttiefe von 3 Metern, im Uferbereich sind es max.1,50 Meter. Das Wasser hat sogar Badequalität, wird aber kaum genutzt. Das Angekn ist hier gestattet und es soll hier Schleie und sogar Hechte geben. Angelkarten gibt es über "Fischerei Löcknitz".
Wer möchte, kann hier den Wanderweg am See entlang bis zur Siedlung Karutzhöhe laufen, sind etwa 2 km. Direkt Umrunden kann man den See nicht.
