In the sport of Ice Hockey, if a player
gets 3 goals in one game it is called a HAT TRICK. This
is your chance to get your HAT TRICK in this small
greenway park.
There are already two caches hidden in this park: AT
ADVENTURE and DONT BE AFRAID OF THE DARK. Now there is a new
one, HAT TRICK.
This is a fairly easy cache to find but there is just one
problem. This means that first you have to solve these caches and
look in/near the caches for Clues. The clue at Dont be afraid is
written on a tag posted near the cache itself. The clue at AT
Adventure is posted on the bottle in the cache itself. One will
have the Latitude co-ordinates and the other will have the
Longitude co-ordinates.
WAIT! You say, I have already found those caches and
logged them. THATS GREAT! That means that you are already
ahead of the game. Just go to the caches and get the coords posted
near the cache or on the bottle at AT Adventure and copy the data
with your pencil and piece of paper (which you always carry with
you on cache hunts). Forgot where the caches were? Oh, my, then you
do have a problem.
Now is the time to hunt for these caches. Dont wait til summer
when the temperature is in the 90s, the
humidity is 99%, the bugs are hungry,
and Storm clouds and tree canopies mess up your GPS reception. Do
it Now!
Have a nice hike and hunt in this pleasant little park. Bring
your Spouse, the kids, a friend, someone. Just have a good time.
Dont forget there is a nice playground and picnic facilities
here.
Thanks to AdventureTom for allowing the use of his Caches. One
more thing. Since you have to visit the two Adventuretom caches,
post a note on his cache pages so he knows how his caches are
doing. He really likes it when you log your visit.
Clue: The coordinates found in the caches listed above take you
directly to the HAT TRICK cache. The coordinates listed in
the heading above take you to the parking area only.
AFTER YOU FIND THE CACHE, PLEASE CONCEAL
AND COVER IT FOR THE NEXT CACHER SO THEY CAN HAVE AS MUCH FUN
AS YOU. THANKS!!
