All right. Here’s the deal. Just how sneaky do you think you can be?
This cache is to test how incredibly sneaky all of you can be. If you don’t think that you are the sneaky type, do not attempt this cache! The true test for all of your collective sneakiness will be just how long this cache stays here before the locals discover it and it is compromised. Do not be the one who is so obvious, because this cache is in plain view of everyone!
Pretend (without all the shooting and extramarital relations), you are James Bond or Ethan Hunt, or John Steed, or Mrs. Emma Peal, or Inspector Clouseau – wait a minute– forget about that last one. 
Before you go to this cache, memorize these instructions. I don’t have to tell you, that fumbling with a bunch of papers right over the cache site would be very unsneaky – like.
Drive by the site at least once (or more if need be), to get a good lock on exactly where the cache is. You should be able to park, and walk to the cache without your GPS, for extra sneaky points.
Park.
BRING A PENCIL!
Walk to cache site.
Sit down on the very left.
Make sure no one is watching you.
Very casually, reach underneath your seat, feel the metal, and find the container.
When you have recovered the object, slyly conceal it, get up, and walk away.
Pretend you are window shopping.
When you are at a safe distance, log your entry.
Return to hiding spot, nonchalantly sit back down, look around for a minute, and then deftly return object precisely how you found it.
