Geocache Description:

It's located in a developing residential area. So if you go during the day, there is likely to be large machines at work nearby. Specifically, it is located in a protected area that is staked off. I gave it a terrain difficulty of 2 because you'll have to walk through some swampy area (water and/or mud may be ankle high at some points) and some brush. If you go when the water is frozen, then you may have to walk on some ice to get to the cache. Be careful!
