This cache is located in a wooded area close to the Children's
Farm in Canatara Park. The farm is open year-round and entrance to
the park and farm are free.
The coordinates are for a sign located by a parking lot at one
of the park entrances. The sign gives the rather unexpected name
for the small sample of Carolinian Forest that you can see in front
of you.
Oops! They've taken away the sign which makes it tough for
non-locals. Check the hint and you'll find the answer
Enter the name in the blank spaces below:
1 2 3 4 2 5 6 2 5 7
The cache, a Lock&Lock spaghetti container, can then be
found a short walk away (or an even shorter walk from the
Children's Farm parking area) at:
N 43°00.TLL' W
82°24.TDD'
The cache is less than 10 metres from a good trail so it's easy
to get to but, hopefully, a little harder to find. The area is well
populated by animals - both wild and human - so please leave no
food and re-hide the cache well before leaving.
The cache was relocated September 2004 and a new log book
added (animals got to the old cache). Previous finders are welcome
to find it in its new location and log it again.
