This adventure begins at the old jailhouse, and ends at... well, you should be able to figure that out.
Park at N 33-16.839 / W 085-05.941 to begin your trek. If you like history, you will want to visit this cache on Tuesdays or Thursdays between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00, when you can tour the old jailhouse built in 1912. It is filled with memorabilia of Heard Co. history, and is quite interesting. Next, you can make your way along a little over 1/2 mile of winding path, that runs along side the Chattahoochee River. The trail is completed, although the area is a work in progress. You will find the cache and the best view of the river as you approach the far end of the trail.
