Freeway Lakes Traditional Cache

This is a conventional cache near 3 small interconnected lakes. It is a short walk from the parking area, but be aware of possible slippery ground and a few blackberry bushes.
This is my first cache. The location is a great place to bring your canoe or small boat in the summer. However, if your boat needs a motor, it is probably too big for these lakes. There is a boat launch area and a small dock with bathrooms nearby. I think that there is fishing for those so inclined.
It appears that the lakes were constructed when the freeway was built in the 60's and now they are available for recreational use.
A boat is not needed to access this cache, but some good shoes might be advised. The ground is uneven and could be wet or rutted.
The cache is a gray tubular container with a logbook and a few small trading items.
