Geocache Description:

The cache is located at the top of the mountain over looking Perris Lake and Moreno Valley. The trail starts between the Riverside Community College and the new housing development.

The trail start coordinates are N33.53.049, W117.12.018 at 1613 ft elevation. The cache location elevation is 2553ft.

You are on a well traveled trail all the way up usually 2 man wide and in some places it goes to a road size trail. It isn't a cache for the very young or the weak at heart but will give you a great view at th end. Children over 8 should be OK (remember kids do better than us elder's sometimes). In the summer months this will be a real CHALLENGE but during the cooler weather it's not bad. Always take water on these type of caches and a hiking stick isn't a bad idea either.
When you get almost to the top you'll see a meadow area where deer have been seen grazing, at this time you're almost there, it's not much further. At the top sunsets and sunrise are especially beautiful.

This is a new type of cache beacuse it not only has the cache contents but it also has a film canister labled
"A LITTLE TWIST". This film canister contains the coordinates to an un-logged cache located near Duke's Hideout, and is also a film canister containing a log book, small pencil, a rubber spider and a 1956 wheat back penny in great condition. The rules are if you are the first one to Rocky Challenge 2, you have the option to take the "Little Twist" and find it to claim it as your own cache to log, or pass for the next cacher to take.

The cache contents are in a small coffee can with a log book, and pen, and the following to trade items:
Hot wheel sticker
Yoyo
Jeep
Sun block
Baseball card
Bell
Surf board
2 "AA" batteries
Geo patch
Glow-in-the-dark frog
glitter putty
2 popping eyes animal heads
