Blair Witch Cache Traditional Cache
DBCHeadoc: I just checked out the area where this cache is located. In the places where there were signs indicating that this was a public park are now signs that indicate that the area is closed to the public. It's too bad because this was a great area for a cache. Sorry to have to archive it.

This is a great night cache (the park officially closes at 11 p.m.), especially after a good viewing of the Blair Witch Project movie. A good starting point is: N 40 51.510 W 096 39.511. The cache is located in a heavily wooded area. No hunting allowed.
You will have to navigate through some thin, waist-high brush at times, but it will not be difficult. Watch out for the deer, and you should use some bug spray. Also, there are plenty of spider webs hanging from and across trees, so you may want to bring or pick up a stick and use it to clear yourself a path.
The cache is a medium sized tupperware container (approx 10x8x5 inches). I set the overall difficulty at 1.5 because your signal may be compromised under all those trees. Please try the sister cache to this cache (Blair Witch House) if you're ever in Southern California.
