It's located in a nature reserve in the inner-city area of Buda, reachable in an hour.
Here used to be the observation point of the air space of Budapest during World War II. Almost nothing remained. Despite of the last 20 years' the development plans it remained.
It's worth coming in clear weather with good binoculars, because sometimes even the Bükk Mountains are visible.
It enjoys local protection and the WWF wants to get it from the capital city in treatment, and wants to build an educational basis, so come before it gets built in.
