Well, the idea here is to get a little familar with Nampa, learn something you might not have known, and score a find in the process.
The first part of this cache is simple. Drive to my above coordinates and do a little reading. Then from there you're on your own. All the info you need is written here or is at the above location. Pay attention as you are driving, think about it, and you will figure it out.
Now for the twist:
Instead of providing coordinates and asking for an answer, I have provided an answer and am asking for coordinates. You must email me the coordinates to the current location of this facility. When you arrive here be observant and you will know where I want you to be. Don't worry I'm not looking for exact coordinates. I will know and accept if you are close (feet). When you arrive, stand in the most logical spot, and record your numbers. In your email you must also tell me the name of the individual who originally built this facility and when.
I will let you know if your answer is incorrect and if that's the case say goodbye to your log...If you're bummed out on virtuals don't be, this one's a little different.
