Lactodorum: Hi, this looks suspiciously like the cache has gone. Could the owner please undertake a maintenance visit to check if it's there or not. In the meantime I'm archiving it but I'll happily unarchive it if/when it's found assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Geocache Description:

Cache is located a short walk along the towpath of Shropshire Union Canal, giving a good view of both castles.

Beeston castle stands on a sandstone crag, 300 feet above the surrounding countryside.
Opposite Beeston, on another sandstone perch, is Peckforton castle. Both castles are open to the public. Also in the area are a candle factory and an ice-cream farm!! Park at N53.08.283 W002.42.007
