Geocache Description:

Herzlich willkommen beim Loechrigen Stein
Einer der ältesten, noch aktiven Caches in Sachsen Anhalt.


Leichter Multi mit Drive-In Möglichkeit (nicht für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen)


Station 1:
Gehe zum Startpunkt bei N 51°37.733, E 11°34.823. Ursprünglich stand dort mal ein Baum, dann nur noch ein Stumpf und nun nichts mehr (Mai 2025). Die 2. Station findest du, wenn du dem Weg in östlicher Richtung ca. 1,5 km folgst.

Station 2:
Hier findest Du einen Gedenkstein mit der Jahreszahl A.

Final:
Gehe in Richtung A/5+58° (wahre Nordreferenz) und zwar A/5*2-15 Meter. Der Cache liegt in einem Baumstumpf neben dem Weg.


Der Gedenkstein zeugt von einer grossen Schlacht. Auf ihm ist folgendes zu lesen:

"Ich Graf Hoyer ungeboren
hab noch keine Schlacht verloren
so war ich greif in diesen Stein
auch dieser Cache muss meiner sein" (leicht veraendert) :)

Man hat auch einen herrlichen Blick auf die geheimnisvollen Pyramiden.

Stage1:
Go to N 51°37.733, E 11°34.823.
In former times there was a tree, then only its root, and now nothing. You will find stage 2 in about 1.5 km east, following the country lane.

Stage2:
Here is a memorial stone and a special year which is A in the following.

Final:
Go to direction A/5+58° (true north referenz) by about A/5*2-15 meters. The Cache is hidden in a stump beside the way.


The stone is a memorial of a great battle. You can read this:

"Ich Graf Hoyer ungeboren
hab noch keine Schlacht verloren
so war ich greif in diesen Stein
auch dieser Cache muss meiner sein" (small changes) :)

Also there is a great view to the mystic pyramids.
