I placed this cache by the village Csévharaszt in the Csév juniper nature reservation area.
This unique plant combination survived only in a few places in Hungary. The Csév juniper area could remain intact probably because of its isolation and the difficulty of access. The flora that hang on to the sand dunes gives such a tranquillity to the landscape that has to be seen and felt.
The cache can be accessed most easily from the northeast end of Csévharaszt. You should leave the car by the last houses, where the paved road changes to a dirt road. From here you can get to the cache (if you are lucky) by bike or on foot with a 1 km walk. By bike the deep sand and some small hills in the woods may cause problems. The difficulty is that there are only a few tracks in the area. If you find the trail that leads through the acacia woods, you have won. I do not advise you to start directly across the woods because you may bump into an impenetrable green wall of vegetation (nature is invincible!). I was overjoyed to see that there is much less rubbish here than in other woods (probably the difficult accessibility keeps the litterers away.
The cache itself was placed the on one of the highest points of the area, at the western side of a grove, between the branches of a group of nodding juniper trees. The box is a normal size plastic kitchen box with blue top.
Good hunt!
