Cache is located in the Savage River State Forest, Garrett County, Maryland.

You can drive nearly to the site, which is in a wooded area.

You can also have a great mountain bike approach to the cache.

At about 2800 feet altitude there is a Great view.

If you will bike, park at the first gas head (39 37.803, 79 17.489). Biking can be done easily on gravel roads, or with more effort on singletrack.

Margroff Place has some of the best bike singletrack in the state. The numerous gas pipelines are for an underground natural gas storage facility, but they really don't detract from the trails and the views.

This cache was placed as a spur-of-the-moment inspiration. Since it was adopted by Marshall they have returned to verify the coordinates and to improve the container. The cache intially has a flashlight, a compass, and some dog toys.
