If you hunt for this cache during the day you will need to bring quarters for the parking meters. If you hunt for this cache after six o'clock or on Sunday's, then you wont need quarters because (someone correct me if I'm wrong) the city doesnt enforce the parking meters at those times.
The coordinates listed above are for Waypoint #1. Go there and face the large building and look up. How many cloth banners are attatched to this side of the building.

At waypoint 2,
1) How many names are listed? Your answer plus 16 represents C and D
2) What date was this dedicated by the citizens of Seattle? Add all of the numbers in the date together. Your answer plus 13 represents E and F
Note: Waypoint 2 should not be attempted at night unless you are a man, or with a group. There are many homeless people who hang out here at night. However, during the day it is a harmless place and the attraction here is well worth the visit.

At waypoint 3,
1) How many totem poles are around the outside of this shop? Your answer minus 4 = G
2) How many letters are in the name of this shop? Your answer plus 45 represents H and I

At waypoint 4, Find the phone number listed on the bottom of the sign and answer the following:
1) Add the first four numbers together. Your answer = J
2) Add the last four numbers together. Answer minus 15 = K

Important Note: The cache container for this cache has gone missing on two occasions since I hid it. This was in a very short period of time. Therefore, the final cache is now a virtual. Follow all of the origional instructions on getting to the final step. Then answer the following questions:
1) How many steps are there total from the very bottom to very top?
2) How many steps are there from the final coordinates to the very bottom. (Do not count the steps above you)
3) When you get to the final coords, sit down on the cement ledge next to the potted plant, and tell me what business is directly across from you.
