Geocache Description:

The first in the now complete "Road to the Wrekin" series! This is an ammo box situated near the base of a monument to William Pitt in the grounds of Sandon Park near the village of Salt.

This is the first in a set of seven caches in the “Road to the Wrekin” series. The first 6 caches are just off the A518, which runs from Uttoxeter to Telford through Staffordshire and Shropshire.
