What was planted, by whom and when?
I like to have my lunch up here, It makes pleasant relief from working to admire the view and the birdlife.
I hope that you will also enjoy the area.
Happy Geocaching,
Helen.
You may also wish to visit the church at N52 33.614 W 01 55.792. The hall is down the lane, which has the red barrier across it. It is derelict. You will see a derelict building over the fence, and some larger homes in the distance (probably hidden by trees in the summer)this was part of a local hospital for people with a learning disability. The whole hospital site has been closed for many years.
