The Oktibbeha County Lake Cache Traditional Cache

This cache is located in the wooded area on the South shore of the Oktibbeha County Lake, part of the Trim Cane Wildlife Management Area. There is a trail nearby that will take you pretty close to the cache, so look for it when you park.

The cache container is a clear 12" tupperware container with a purple lid.

Original contents included: Geocaching letter, log book and pen, a camera (take your picture and return it to the cache), a package of AA batteries, a rain poncho, a line level, a mini pocket knife, an American flag pin, a doubloon, a plastic paratrooper, a squirt gun, and a WheresGeorge.com dollar.

The area immediately around County Lake Rd. has quite a bit of trash in it. Bring a trash bag and do your good deed for the day. Cache In - Trash Out

Also, please note that parking is not allowed within 100' of the levee on the lake.
