Geocache Description:

According to my calculations, this is the 5th oldest active cache within a 350 mile radius!

The shortest path to the two locations is from the Blue Oak Trail . There is a trailhead and parking on Edmonds Road. Lots of dogs bring their owners to this park (probably because there's a huge off-leash dog section), but bikes are not allowed.

FYI: The original 1st stage of this cache was a scrap of paper with the final coordinates hidden in a jar in an un-covered electrical box in the ground nearby. It would often disappear and/or wash away. It also was a hazard, since it was an unexpected hole in the ground. The electrical box is gone now.

FIRST STAGE: (Moved slightly 2/22/13) An out-of-place structure holds the coordinates to the final cache. Follow these coordinates to the final cache, about 1/2 mile away.

FINAL CACHE: An ammo box. If you have time, either direction on the hiking trail that begins near the final is a nice downhill walk back to the entrance of the preserve.
