Geocache Description:

In Balmorhea State Park off of Interstate 10 about 180 miles east of El Paso. Camping and swimming available. Worth stopping by. Handicap accessible.

As we were traveling from San Antonio west, we stopped and spent the night here. Cool, refreshing oasis in the desert. The cache is easy to find. Just email me the answers to the following questions:

1. What caused the distruction of the cienega?
2. In what year did it happen?

Please don't give the answers in a log.
Nearby is hidden cache GCAD39 Springs in the Desert.

Music: Texas Blues Jam http://www.josefhuber.com
