Bruce's Stone Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Lactodorum: Hi, this looks suspiciously like the cache has gone. Could the owner please undertake a maintenance visit to check if it's there or not. In the meantime I'm archiving it but I'll happily unarchive it if/when it's found assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Thanks, Lactodorum

Geocache Description:

An easy stroll to find a monster of a stone & a li'le box!

King Robert the Bruce is said to have rested against this stone after defeating the English army, here on Moss Raplock in 1307. It was given to the National Trust for Scotland by the Earl of Mar in 1932.

As with our others in the area, please try and visit when it's sunny to fully appreciate them.

Just wondering if you'll do a 'Tigger' along this path too?
