Geocache Description:

Located in Grassick Park adjacent to the RCMP training academy.

This cache was one of two I placed in the park. I was in town and unfamiliar with the area, but wished to leave some T-bugs that were travelling with me. A second cache, Double Play #2, is hidden nearby. It is easier to get to the caches in the winter as you can save some time walking on the ice to cross the river, PROVIDING YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE IT IS SAFE to do so. If you are approaching from the uphill side any other time of the year, watch your footing or you may have an unexpected dip in the river.

The cache is housed in a smallish round plastic tub with a screw on lid. (500 ml) When it was placed it contained the following items:

The Trailblazers T-bug, assorted small plastic toys, stickers, Stashnote & pencil, and one of my custom deluxe Geocaching cards

I was unable to find a notebook small enough to fit into the container so please record your visit on the back of the stashnote.

Good Luck & Happy Geocaching!

NOTE: You do not have to go on the RCMP property to get to the cache. In fact, you CANNOT access it from there. You will be on the wrong side of the fence.
