Jonboy's Drive In Traditional Cache
jonboy: I stopped by to check on this cache and it was gone. This cache is too close to the trail so I decided not to replace it.

A moderate walk in a county park to a snow friendly cache.
This continues my series of more accessable caches, in acknowledgement of the fact that hardly anybody hunts my tough ones. If you like them short and sweet, you can park on Rt 100 and reach the cache in about 200 meters, with your car in sight the whole time. I do not recommend this tactic, instead I urge you to use the trails to reach the cache, the cache is just off the white trail. The main entrance to Muscoot Farm is at 41 15.658' 73 43.465', but the hours are limited, they close at 4:00 in the winter. I used the back entrance on Wood Street (41 15.758' 73 44.588'). The back trail is unmarked and begins where an old Westchester Park sign is marked with silver paint cross, at the height of land on Wood St.. The unmarked trail hooks up with the yellow trail in about 1/3 of a mile. The cache has a Weekly Planner, a copy of "Wind in the Willows", a whistle, a frog, a dinosaur, a flashlight keychain, a stuffed dolphin, a smiley face whoppee cushion and a pencil sharpener.
