This is my third in a series of "swap" caches. You should be prepared and bring a suitable item to swap. In this case, it is collectable rocks. If anyone wants to leave some diamonds please let me know first and I'll meet you there. You should now easily be able to figure out where this cache is placed.
This is a standard sized cache in a opaque plastic container with a white lid and is about the size of a small shoe box.
The initial contents include some small rock pieces including a neat piece of lava, a piece of petrified wood, a shell fossil, granite, obsidian, elat stone (greenish from Israel), and some other small stones. In addition are some fun "rocks" I picked up in other caches: Popcorn Rock and Harry Potter collector stones. Also in the cache is a log, two pens and the obligatory Geocaching notice.
The cache is in the Sonol Regional Wilderness off the Maguire Peaks Loop trail. Park at the 0.74 mile marker on Welch Creek Road. Remember to pay at the main gate or you may be ticketed.
