Near downtown. IF YOU LOOKED AT THESE COORDINATES BEFORE 1200 ON 3/2/03, THEY HAVE BEEN CHANGED!!!!

You may want to go after this cache during less peak business times, but it's up to you. You will definitely feel exposed as you retrieve it. This is an easily accessed area - no fence climbing required!! You can walk right up to the cache and it's in plain sight. Good luck! No clues at this time - will reevaluate if many of you have trouble finding it.
