Cache is located at the old military underground bunkers in Taichung near the view site
The Cache is a clear tennis ball container with a yellow lid (PENN). Once you reach the view site, look around and enjoy the scene. The cache is located approximately 90m away to the North by the large visible bunker. If you are at the view site platform and facing Taichung city, the bunker is the one to your left. The cache is at the base of the bunker in some long grass. In the cache are some goodies and a log book, don't forget to log your visit.
