Geocache Description:

In part of the old Blackball Mining area. The cache is a cliplock plastic container. Replaced October 2008; site description and spoiler slightly amended.

Drive through Blackball - look for the sentinel on the skyline - park in a clearing just off the back road at S 42 21.631, E 171 24.412. (Look for a face in a carpark rock!) The cache is near some ruined mine remnants, and just off a track approx 80 metres from the carpark. Keep an eye on children.
