Geocache Description:

This is a multi waypoint cache, located in a relatively new park in Hillsboro. All waypoints are reachable when the water levels are high. Parking is available close to the first waypoint or N 45° 29.543 W 122° 57.068.

This is a nice park to explore with the kids and is dog friendly. Although much of the park is not assessable when the water level is high.  During the fall and winter with the leaves and rain, the trials can get slippery. There are some steep banks down to the river, so keep an eye on the Kids. This Cache does not require walking down the banks or wondering off the main trials. Very little to no bushwhacking is required. The Cache a 2-quart Rubbermaid container.

Update 4/1/04:  The cache has been replaced and moved a 135 feet to the Southeast. Previous finders feel free to re-log this one . Updates are in red and I’ve added a checksum. There is also a couple of letterbox’s close by…
Update 9/8/05:  Moved the cache two feet south and updated hint. Nothing else changed.

This park is only open from dawn to dusk.  Please follow all the park regulations.
