This cache was hidden for the Maryland Geocaching Society’s March 2003 Meeting.
The title is meant in good fun, because most Northern Virginians aren’t native to the area. The cache is a pint size clear container. If you find this cache you shouldn’t have a problem with any of the rest of the ones originally hidden by Joe for the March 2003 meeting of the Maryland Geocaching Society. The cache is on the lakeside of trail. This cache can only accommodate small items. UPDATE Joe Cthulhu is a pioneer of NOVA caching and moved to Arizona. He left behind a trail of dozens of caches throughout Fairfax County parks. TeamLERK are pleased to take over maintenance of his caches in the Burke Lake area. Ed & Linc just checked the coords, location and condition on Sept 2, 2008
