Here's a wonderful place to bring the family and a picnic. The day I placed the cache, I saw kite flyers, volleyball players, even a couple jugglers. Bring some crumbs for the ducks.
The cache is a small camo'ed rubbermaid-type container, about 5" round and 2" deep. Bring something small to trade. Please, trade something decent, not a crappy little broken toy. Also included is a logbook and a small pencil.
Due to the highly visible area of the cache, it must be COMPLETELY HIDDEN from sight. No corners peeking out from trees or bushes like other caches.
When you find the cache, PLEASE BE DISREET, have a seat, enjoy the view and the peacefulness.
When you replace it, HIDE IT COMPLETELY. Use what was there if possible, but cover it up with whatever is there, be it leaves, bark, or whatever looks natural there. But most of all, enjoy the place and have fun!
Here's an obscure hint: Q: When is a tree not a tree?
