Requires some driving on a dirt road - we drove it in a Nissan Sentra the day after a big rain storm, so any vehicle should be able to make it.
This is a wonderful addition to our desert. BLM, and two local property owners have cooperated to re-establish a marsh that went dry when a nearby alfalfa farm quit irrigating. There are nice walk ways, observation areas, and interpretive signs along the walk. Bring your binoculars and bird book because the birds will soon return as soon as they discover that the water is back.
We tried to be a little tricky when we hid the cache - it's an ammo box - please re-cover it and try to disguise your tracks when you're done
