Even if you don't find the cache you'll be very pleased with the hike and the views. No bears, brush, or trees. All above timberline with bubbling creeks, wildflowers, marmots and other small critters. Great spot to have a picnic or tea if you don't mind hiking for about 45 min. to an hour.
Also there is an old abandond mine shaft with lots of relics from the period. Enjoy!
