I went up waterfal canyon, around and up the gulley and hugged the ridge from there. There is quite a bit of bushwacking so wear pants even if it is hot. Bring usual gear also and a buddy. Be careful and I apologize for how remote this is, well not really. You can alson come in from Malan Basin off the trail, and that way may be easier, though I have never tried it.
