Weird NJ Rolling Rock is a Weird NJ traveling Cache.
This cache has been traveling to weird sites in NJ for first three years of it's life and now has found a semi-permanent home on Telegraph Hill.
This cache should never leave New Jersey. It should be placed withing a few days of being picked up. This cache should never, ever, under any circumstance "show up" at an event and be logged as a "pocket cache".
If you move this cache, pictures should accompany the new location. This is a grandfathered cache, many of the newer geocaching guidelines aren't followed by this cache. Please don't abuse or bend the general rules of geocaching, it's not good for the game and it's not good for this cache.
