There used to be a surprise at the end of this rainbow--a beautiful little stature of Mary with a serpent holding an apple in its mouth beneath her foot. That's why I asked was it Eve or Mary. But someone took the statue away one day, and now there's only sagebrush and the rock that Mary stood upon.
Even though there may be other routes to the cache location, I found a great little switchback trail that leads right to it. Just look for a trailhead behind the Rainbow--in the SW corner. Parking & trailhead co-ordinates are: N 41 14.124 W 111 55.823.
Please stay on the trails as this is a sensitive area and does not need more damage. Bring your trail bikes to this one if you like. Please do a good job re-hiding the cache. Thanks and enjoy.
